Einkorn  Dutch Baby  Pancake


- Eggs - Milk - Einkorn Flour - Salt - White Sugar - Brown Sugar - Pumpkin Spice - Maple Syrup - Butter

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend into a smooth batter.

2. Pour the batter into a preheated skillet with melted butter.

3. Bake the pancake for 15 minutes or until golden on top. It will get puffy in the oven, then deflate after baking.

Slice it up like a pie and enjoy with maple syrup!
