Sourdough Einkorn  Pizza Crust

This delicious pizza crust is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and is the perfect way to use up sourdough starter.

Sourdough Starter Warm Water Salt Einkorn Flour Avocado Oil Seasonings


1. Mix your dough with a dough hook and stand mixer or your hands. Let it rest for 30 minutes or long ferment for several hours.

2. Preheat your cast iron skillets in the oven while you roll your dough into circles.

3. Remove the cast irons from the oven and drizzle them with avocado oil. Place the dough inside and brush it with oil and seasonings. Bake for 10 minutes.

4. Once the crusts are baked, add sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
