Homemade Sourdough Bagels

These sourdough bagels are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.  Make these with your sourdough starter for a delicious breakfast or lunch!

INGREDIENTS

- Active Sourdough Starter - Warm Water - Salt - Olive Oil - Honey - All-Purpose Flour - Sugar - Everything Seasoning or Shredded Cheese

Make the dough the night before and keep covered at room temperature overnight.

The next morning, cut the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape into a bagel shape. Let sit for one hour.

Boil the bagels in sugar water, then place them on a baking sheet. Add seasoning or cheese once they are finished boiling.

Once all of the bagels are done boiling, bake them for 20 minutes. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.

Enjoy for breakfast or lunch with any toppings of your choice!
