Rustic Sourdough Bread

This sourdough bread recipe is the perfect loaf for beginners! With easy-to-follow directions, you'll have a beautiful loaf in no time.


- Active sourdough starter - All-purpose or bread flour - Filtered water - Salt

1. Mix the dough in a large bowl with your hands and a whisk. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Perform lift and tucks for nice volume.

2.  Bulk ferment the dough in the refrigerator overnight.

3. Remove your dough from the fridge and shape your loaf. Let it rest on the counter for 2 hours.

4. Score the bread and bake it in a pre-heated Dutch oven.

Allow the loaf to cool completely before cutting into it. Then enjoy!
