Sourdough Einkorn Peach Cobbler

Sourdough peach cobbler is comfort food at its finest. Einkorn flour and a gooey peach filling with crumble on top makes this the perfect decadent dessert.

INGREDIENTS

- Sourdough Starter - Honey - Water - Salt - Einkorn Flour - Butter - Brown Sugar - Baking Soda - Vanilla Extract - Fresh Peaches - Lemon Zest + Juice - Maple Syrup - Arrowroot Powder

1. Start the dough the night before and allow it to ferment. The next morning, add the remaining ingredients.

2. Prep the peach filling but combining the peaches in a bowl with lemon, honey, maple syrup, and arrowroot powder.

3. In a parchment-paper lined dish, layer the dough and peach filling. Top with a crumble topping.

4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, then cover with foil and bake another 20 minutes.
