Sourdough English Muffins

These sourdough English muffins are made with einkorn flour for a nutritious breakfast bread option! Perfect with eggs or honey butter, you'll love these as a simple and healthy meal.

INGREDIENTS

- Active Sourdough Starter - Honey - Water - Salt - Einkorn Flour - Baking Soda - Coconut Oil or Butter

Mix the dough up without the salt and baking soda,  then allow it to ferment overnight in a covered bowl.

The next morning, mix in the baking soda and salt. Preheat a cast iron skillet.

Cook the english muffins in the cast iron skillet with some butter or coconut oil.

Enjoy with honey butter or a fried egg!
