Sourdough Pizza Crust   with No Yeast

Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, this crust melts in your mouth and is certainly a crowd pleaser in our house.  This sourdough pizza crust recipe uses no yeast, only your sourdough starter!

INGREDIENTS

–  active sourdough starter – salt –  water – avocado oil - garlic powder – Italian herbs - pizza toppings of choice

Combine all of the ingredients in a stand mixer and knead into a dough.

Allow the dough to ferment on the counter for 6 hours.

Roll out the dough into a circle and shape it with your hands. Lay the pizza dough into preheated cast irons.

Bake the pizza dough, drizzled with avocado oil and seasoned with herbs. Add your toppings, then bake again.
