Whole Wheat Sourdough Sandwich Bread

100% whole wheat seeded sourdough sandwich bread is the perfect nutritious loaf. This bread is whole grain, packed with nutrients, and the added crunch from the seeds is my favorite.

INGREDIENTS

- Sourdough starter - Water - Sea salt - Olive oil - Honey - Whole wheat flour - Rolled oats - Pumpkin seeds - Sunflower seeds - Chia seeds

Mix all ingredients except the seeds in a large bowl and knead until a sticky dough forms.

Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rest for 30-60 minutes.

Add the seeds, then perform 3-4 sets of stretch and folds, about an hour apart. Allow the dough to ferment in the fridge overnight.

Shape the loaf, let it rest, then bake!

Enjoy in a sandwich or with butter and fried eggs on top!
