Sourdough Einkorn Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Sourdough einkorn cinnamon raisin bread is a nutritious take on a classic favorite. Notes of honey and cinnamon with the fluffy, sourdough interior make this loaf a decadent treat to enjoy all year round!

INGREDIENTS

–  active, fed sourdough starter – salt –  water – honey – cinnamon – einkorn flour – raisins

Combine all the ingredients except for the raisins in a mixing bowl and stir with your hands until a sticky dough forms.

Perform stretches and folds, adding the raisins into the bread until incorporated.

Allow the bread to ferment overnight in the fridge.

Shape the dough into a loaf and score it before baking in a dutch oven.
