How to Cook Kale Flowers

If you grow your own kale, chances are you find yourself with an abundance of kale flowers! These little flowers are not only edible, they are delicious and full of nutrients!

Harvest your kale flowers. Don't forget the stems, they are edible too!

Sauté the kale flowers with garlic and herbs in some butter. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chili flakes.

Serve over pasta with freshly grated cheese.
