We have tried a lot of organic bed sheets to find some that suit both my husband and myself. Our newest find is Quince organic bamboo bedding, and I’m going to share my honest review of it with you!

We have been doing refreshes of many of the rooms in our house and one of our most recent projects was a bedroom refresh where we tried out our new Quince organic bamboo sheets.
I’ve talked a lot about beds, bedding, and bedsheets on my blog, but these Quince sheets are a new one for me.

Through a lot of trial and error, we are figuring out which sheets work best for our family. My husband and I have very different sleeping preferences, so we have had to try a few different options to find our favorite.
We spend about ⅓ of our life in bed, so I care a lot about what we are sleeping on. Especially with a new baby in the bed with us!

Quince Organic Bamboo Bedding Review
I recently got bamboo bedsheets from Quince in the sand color. I’ve reviewed a couple of different bedsheets on my blog before, including Avocado and Coyuchi. I care a lot about the materials and quality we are sleeping on, so I’ve tried my fair share of bedsheet options!
I’ve never tried bamboo before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Now that we’ve been sleeping on the Quince organic bedding for a while, I wanted to share my review: pros and cons, what they feel like, if they are hot or cold, etc.
If you’re looking for new bedsheets, especially ones that are beautiful, affordable, and sustainable, you can check out Quince organic bedding and find some that work for you.

The Importance of Quality Bedding
We have always had organic bedding. The bed is something we’ve invested quite a bit in with a nice organic mattress and good quality bedding. I believe that what you’re sleeping on is very important because you spend about ⅓ of your life in bed.
My husband and I are very different sleepers. I sleep very hot and he sleeps very cold, so finding bedsheets that work for both of us is challenging. I tend to go for cotton and linen because they are light, while he prefers silk-feeling sheets.
Quince reached out to me and offered to send me some of their bamboo bed sheets to try out and share my review. Thank you to Quince for sending me these great sheets!

What to Know About Quince Bedsheets
Quince organic bamboo bedsheets are crafted from the finest 100% viscose from organic bamboo. Bamboo is one of the planet’s most resource-efficient materials.
They have a luxuriously soft and silky smooth sateen weave with temperature-regulating properties that keep you comfortable all night long.
Bamboo is a renewable resource that grows quickly and uses a lot less water than cotton. The sheets are hypoallergenic. They are 300 thread count and they, of course, come complete with pillow sets and everything you need.
Quince believes that quality should not be a luxury and they choose premium materials and designs that stand the test of time. The products feel nicer and last longer.
More about the Quince Business Model
They also build sustainability into everything they create. Whenever possible, they choose organic materials, environmentally conscious packaging, and ethical business practices.
Prices are low by using a factory-direct model that cuts out the supply chain middlemen and reduces costs. Bedsheets usually go from the factory to the sourcing agent, to a warehouse, to a brand, to a store, and then to you. All of that adds dollar signs along the way because every single one of them takes a cut of the price. That’s what makes things so expensive when you go to the mall or a store to purchase your items.
Quince is going straight from the factory to you, so it’s cutting out those middlemen, making it a lot more affordable while keeping the quality really high.
This direct factory-to-you model is nice because there are no cutting corners when it comes to the quality and materials. Instead, the price is low simply because they’ve cut out all of the middlemen.

My Experience with Quince Organic Bamboo Bedsheets
I was pretty skeptical before trying these sheets because bamboo was not my material of choice. We were planning on trying silk because we wanted something different from cotton and linen.
However, I was reading about bamboo and I discovered that it is much more affordable than silk, which usually has a high price point. People say bamboo feels just like silk, so I was interested to see if that’s true.
I could not believe my eyes when I opened this packaging and felt the material. It feels exactly like silk, super smooth and luxurious. I’ve never slept on bamboo or silk before, so I was excited to try this.
When I got into bed, the best way I could describe the feeling was buttery and cozy. Whereas cotton has more of a dry feeling, these are silky smooth.
I slept through the night without waking up once to notice my temperature. I frequently wake up hot when sleeping with cotton sheets.
I didn’t wake up at all with these bed sheets (except for nursing my baby, of course!). I felt incredible after a good night’s sleep and asked myself “Where have these sheets been my entire life?”
To my delight, my husband also really likes these sheets. He feels a lot warmer and has been able to sleep without a shirt on since we switched to bamboo. He normally has to bundle up, so this is huge for him.
With a baby in the bed, we have to wash our sheets more often than most. Though we have other sets of sheets, I find myself doing extra laundry throughout the day so I can get these Quince bamboo sheets back on the bed before bedtime!
Pros and Cons of Quince Organic Bamboo Bedding
I highly recommend Quince organic bamboo bedding and I would say they are a great find. I really don’t have a lot of cons for them. In fact, I had to think very hard to come up with one to give you a balanced opinion. That said, here are my pros and cons.
Pros
The material is organic bamboo, which feels like butter when you get in the bed. They keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It’s a very luxurious texture, similiar to silk.
The company chooses sustainable business practices.
Their prices are low.
The bed sheets are extremely cozy.
Cons
The only thing I would change is that the bamboo material shows a lot of wrinkles. I’ve never noticed the wrinkles as much with cotton.
I recommend putting them right on your bed straight out of the dryer to smooth out wrinkles while the sheets are still warm. These sheets will get wrinkly if you leave them in a pile (which I do sometimes).
The issue with wrinkles is very minimal in my opinion and I am not concerned about it. The bed sheets are cozy and ultimately, I am the one sleeping in the bed all night and I wake up happy with these sheets.
If you are looking for new sheets or a great gift for someone who is, I definitely recommend Quince organic bamboo bedding. They come in a variety of colors and they are truly luxurious to sleep on!
FAQ:
Does Quince bedding shrink?
I have now had the Quince organic bamboo bedsheets for about 6 months and have not noticed any shrinkage. We have the size king sheets and they are very easy to put on, with lots of extra space, after about 6 months of wear.
