One of my favorite parts about spring is the whole brunch idea! You can enjoy brunch any time of year, but spring seems to be a popular time for brunch. I just think of going to church on Easter Sunday and then coming home and enjoying brunch with a mimosa. Or Christmas Day, because we eat cookies early in the morning so the hearty brunch follows later. Even if it’s just your average Sunday, brunch is always a good idea.
