But recently I’ve also really enjoyed the night-before-prep routine. I enjoy using my sourdough starter as a form of meal prep, where I make several doughs in one day, store in the fridge, and pull out when I need them.
Specifically for breakfast, I love whipping up some sourdough english muffin or banana pancake dough, letting it ferment overnight, and coming down to it in the morning. There’s something so beautiful about that process!
And, I love that it makes for an easy breakfast on the day of.
I hope you ejoying these sourdough breakfast recipes as much as my family does!
