If you’ve seen some of my other recipes, like the instant pot sausage soup with kale and potatoes, you’ll see that I love to make balanced meals. And it’s a bonus when all ingredients fit into one pot or pan! I love this lasagna because it has protein, fiber, and grain all in one. So, it’s a complete meal on it’s own.
